Start with how
the space works.

One contractor for the whole house.

Large remodels go wrong when separate trades work without a plan. We manage foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing and finish work under one license and one schedule, with one point of contact and a budget built line by line.

Additions, casitas and layout changes.

We add bedrooms, casitas, covered patios and expanded great rooms, and we reconfigure layouts that no longer fit how you live. Structural changes are engineered, permitted and inspected.

What the work includes

  • Open floor plan conversions
  • Room additions and casitas
  • Full interior renovations
  • Flooring throughout
  • Electrical and plumbing updates
  • Windows, doors and trim
  • Kitchens and baths as part of the whole
  • Engineering, permits and inspections

A scope for
what comes next.

Three levels of change. We work on mid to high end homes, and every project gets a detailed budget with no hidden costs before work begins.

Whole-home remodeling questions.

Do you build additions and casitas?

Yes. As a custom home builder we regularly frame, roof and finish additions, casitas and expanded living spaces, with engineering and permits handled in house.

Can we remodel in phases?

Yes. Many clients remodel in stages to spread out cost. We plan the phases so early work does not need to be torn out later.

Who manages the project?

Micah and JD Thompson run every project directly. You deal with the people doing the work, not a sales office.

Do you work on older homes in St. George and Santa Clara?

Yes. Older homes are a large part of our remodeling work. We check plumbing, electrical and framing before bidding so the plan accounts for what is behind the walls.
