Start with how
the space works.
Built around how you cook.
Every kitchen starts with a site visit and a measured plan. We look at how you cook, where the light comes in and what the plumbing and electrical can support. If the room wants a wall removed, a window added or the kitchen extended onto a patio, we handle the engineering, the permit and the build.
Made for the desert.
Washington County water is hard, so we specify fixtures, dishwashers and stone that stand up to mineral scale and plan for a softener loop when you want one. Western sun and 110 degree afternoons fade and warp cheap materials, so we steer toward cabinet finishes, counters and shading that stay stable.

Kitchen remodeling questions.
How long does a kitchen remodel take in St. George?
A refresh with new cabinets and counters usually takes several weeks once materials arrive. A full remodel with layout changes, plumbing moves and new electrical takes longer. You get a written schedule before we start, reviewed with you at every milestone.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Washington County?
We focus on mid to high end kitchens. Cost depends on size, cabinet quality, counters, appliances and whether walls or plumbing move. After a site visit you get an itemized budget with no hidden costs, so the number is clear before work begins.
Do you pull permits for kitchen remodels?
Yes. As a licensed Utah general contractor (license #9079324-5501) we pull the permits and schedule inspections with the city, whether that is St. George, Washington, Ivins, Santa Clara, Hurricane or another Washington County town.
Can we live in the house during a kitchen remodel?
Most clients do. We seal off the work area, keep a clean path through the house and set up a temporary kitchen spot when the project runs long.
Do you build custom cabinets?
Yes. We design the cabinet layout around your workflow, then build or source cabinetry at the quality level the project calls for. See our custom cabinets page.
