Start with how
the space works.

Every trade in one small room.

A bathroom has plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, glass and cabinetry in a few square feet. When one is done poorly the room fails behind the tile where you cannot see it. We build baths with the same attention to systems that goes into a Desert Concepts custom home.

Waterproofing and hard water.

We use a continuous waterproofing system under the tile, sloped correctly to the drain. Washington County water leaves scale on glass and fixtures, so we help you choose finishes that clean easily and glass coatings that resist spotting.

Bathroom remodeling questions.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

A refresh moves faster than a gut remodel with plumbing changes. Tile curing and custom glass fabrication set much of the timeline. You get a written schedule before work begins.

Can you convert a tub into a walk-in shower?

Yes. Tub to shower conversions are one of our most common projects, including low or no-threshold showers for clients who plan to stay in their homes long term.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost in St. George?

It depends on the size of the room, whether plumbing moves, and your tile, glass and fixture choices. We work on mid to high end baths and give an itemized budget after a site visit.

Do you remodel bathrooms in Washington and Hurricane?

Yes. We remodel bathrooms across Washington County, including Washington, Hurricane, Ivins and Kayenta, Santa Clara, La Verkin, Toquerville and Springdale.
